摘要
目的观察人参不同炮制品(生晒参、红参、冻干参)对机体代谢机能和交感神经-肾上腺机能的影响,评价常见人参炮制品的温燥药性。方法采用雄性ICR小鼠及Wistar大鼠,分别按空白组、生晒参组、红参组、冻干参组、西洋参组随机分为5组,小鼠以0.1m L/(10g·BW)剂量灌胃,1日1次,连续给药14天;大鼠以10m L/(kg·BW)剂量灌胃,1日1次,连续给药28天。以体温、心率、饮水量、尿量、17-羟皮质类固醇等多个客观评价指标,考察人参常见炮制品温燥性的变化。结果生晒参可使正常小鼠体温显著升高,心率明显加快,饮水量显著增加,也可使正常大鼠尿量显著减少,尿液中17-羟皮质类固醇排出量明显增加。相反,与正常组比较,不同人参炮制品组和西洋参组中的体温、心率、饮水量、尿量、17-羟皮质类固醇等各项指标均无显著性差异。结论与生晒参比较,红参和冻干参等炮制品可以显著降低人参的温燥药性。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of different Ginsengs (suncured ginseng, red ginseng, freezedried ginseng) on the metabolic function and sympathetic nerve-adrenal function in the body, and evaluate the medic- inal properties of these ginseng products. METHODS The male ICR mice and male Wistar Rat were divided into five groups respectively, blank, suncured ginseng, red ginseng, freeze-drying and American ginseng group. After mice were lavaged for 14 days by 0. lmL/(kg· BW) daily,and the rats were lavaged for 28 days by 10mL/(kg · BW) daily, the indexes of body temperature, heart rate, water consumption, urine volume, 17-hydroxysteroid steroids and so on were used to investigate the changes of the " warm and dryness" properties of common ginseng prod- ucts. RESULTS After the administration of gavage with suncured ginseng, the objective indexes of the body temper- ature, the heart rate and the water consumption of mice were significantly increased, meanwhile, the urine volume of rats was significantly decreased and the 17-hydroxysteroid steroids content in urine was significantly increased. On the contrary, compared with the normal group, there were no significant differences in the indexes of the groups of red ginseng,freeze-dried ginseng, American ginseng group. CONCLUSION Compared with the suncured ginseng, the processed products such as red and freeze-dried ginseng can significantly.reduce the medicinal properties of "warm and dryness" in ginseng.
