挥发油在药材中的显微结构

The Microstructure of Volatile Oil in Medicinal Herbs

挥发油是一类具挥发性、可随水蒸气蒸馏出来、与水分层的油状液体的总称。其成分复杂,作用广泛,具有多种药理药效。本研究总结了挥发油在药材中的显微结构,其主要存在形式有以下三类:以油细胞、油管、油室等结构形式存在;以油滴形式存在;无具体结构形式存在。并以挥发油存在的结构形式对相关药材进行分类,为相关的应用研究提供参考。

Essential oil is a class of volatile components which can evaporate with steam and stratified with water. It has complex compositions, wide range of effects, with a variety of pharmacological effects. This study summari- zes the microscopic structure of essential oil in herbs ,the essential oil＇s main form of existence has the following three categories ： exist in oil cells, tubes, chambers ; exist as oil droplets ; no specific structure exists. The related medicinal herbs are classified according to the structure of the essential oil. This study may provide reference for relevant application research.
