摘要
目的建立了高效液相色谱法测定复方地塞米松乳膏中氯霉素和醋酸地塞米松的含量。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相;检测波长为240nm;进样量20μL。结果氯霉素和醋酸地塞米松在0.104mg·m L-1~1.035 mg·m L-1及5.3μg·m L-1~84.8μg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系;氯霉素和醋酸地塞米松精密度RSD分别为1.61%和1.35%;平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.4%和101.3%。结论本方法准确可靠,专属性强。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine Chloromyeetin and Dexamethasone acetate in Compound Dexamethasone Creams. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of C18 with methyl alcohol-water (60:40) as mobile phase,detection at 240nm and the injection volume was 20p, L. RESULTS The linear range of Chloromycetin and Dexamethasone acetate were 0. 104mg· mL-1 - 1. 035mg· mL-1 and 5.3mg· mL-1 - 84. 8μg·mL-1, the precision RSD were 1.61% and 1.35% , and the average recoveries ( n = 9 ) were 101.4% and 101.3%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and specific.
