糖尿病患者合并尿路感染的病原菌耐药性监测 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析糖尿病患者合并尿路感染的病原菌耐药情况,为选择有效抗生素提供依据。方法收集糖尿病患者合并尿路感染的病原菌325株,分析病原菌分布和耐药性。结果 325株病原菌中,革兰氏阴性菌225株,占69.23%,以大肠埃希菌为主;革兰氏阳性菌70株,占21.54%,以屎肠球菌为主;真菌30株,占9.23%%。大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、复方新诺明、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星的耐药率均大于50%,对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟的耐药率均低于10%。革兰氏阳性球菌对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、替考拉宁的耐药率为0。结论糖尿病患者合并尿路感染的主要致病菌是大肠埃希菌,该菌耐药性较强,应加强检测。
