摘要
研究了一种五相双定子绕组感应发电机直流发电系统的实验平台设计与实现。该发电机定子绕组分为五相控制绕组和五相功率绕组。根据发电机结构以及控制方法的特殊性,在系统实验平台设计时,将发电机的控制绕组连接五相功率变换器,用来调节发电机励磁无功;将功率绕组连接五相整流桥,用来输出直流电能。采用DSP作为系统控制电路的控制芯片,并配合AD采样调理保护电路,构建了一套270 V直流发电系统实验平台。实验结果证明了该系统实验平台设计的合理性与正确性,系统能够稳定运行,性能良好。
The hardware design and implementation of experimental platform for a five-phase dual-stator winding in- duction DC generating system was researched. The stator windings of the generator were separated into two sets : five-phase control winding and five-phase power winding. Based on the characteristics of the generator and control strategy, a five- phase static excitation controller (SEC) was connected to the control winding for the modulation of the reactive power; the power winding was connected with five-phase rectifier for DC power output. Based on DSP chip, a control circuit as well as measurement, regulating and protecting circuits, a 270 V DC generating system was established. The experimental results validate the feasibility of the design and implementation of the system and the system can operate steadily and have good performance.
