摘要 金属氧化物增强Ag基合金材料,由于具有优良的导电性、抗电弧性能而成为一种重要的电接触材料。利用内氧化法制得内氧化型AgCu_4Ni_(0.3)合金材料。CuO,NiO颗粒弥散分布于Ag基体中。提高了材料的力学性能、再结晶温度及耐磨性能,导电性能略有下降。材料成功用于微电机换向器。 The internal oxidized Ag-based alloys are widely used in the electrical contact field because of their excel- lent electrical and are resistance. Oxidized AgCu4Ni0.3 alloy was prepared. The CuO and NiO particles distributed in the matrix dispersively. Mechanical property, recrystallize temperature, wear-resisting property of the oxidized alloys were in- creased obviously, and the electrical property were decreased lightly. Oxidized alloys were used successfully in micro-motor commutator.
