自生TiC铁基复合材料的三体磨料磨损性能的工艺探究 被引量:6

摘要 采用铸造法制备自生TiC增强高铬铸铁基的复合材料,通过金相显微镜和XRD等手段研究复合材料界面结构和物相组成。研究了浇注温度(1 350、1 405、1 420℃)对其复合材料磨损性能的影响,对比了TiC增强铁基复合材料和高铬铸铁的三体磨损性能。结果表明,当浇注温度为1 420℃时,三体磨损性能最好,复合材料的三体磨损性能是热处理态标样高铬铸铁的1.75倍;当浇注温度为1 420℃时,增强相TiC的硬度最高,平均维氏硬度达到1 076.2 HV。 The composite structure of in-Situ TiC high chromium cast iron was prepared by casting method. The microstructure and phase composition of the composite were studied by means of metallographic microscope and XRD. The effect of casting temperature (1 350, 1 405 and 1 420 ℃ ) on the wear properties of composites was investigated. The three body wear properties of in-Situ TiC iron matrix composite and high chromium cast iron were compared. The results show that when the casting temperature is 1 420 ℃, three body wear the best performance, three body wear performance of the composite is 1.75 times the heat-treated samples of high chromium cast iron; the highest hardness when the casting temperature is 1420 ℃, the average hardness reach HV 1 076.2.
