摘要 研究了Y元素对AZ91D铸造镁合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在AZ91D镁合金的铸造过程中加入Y元素可以有效细化和减少其第二相β-Mg_(17)Al_(12),并形成新的化合物Al_2Y。在室温(20℃)和160℃条件下,镁合金的抗拉强度和伸长率随着Y元素的增加呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,在Y含量为0.6%时力学性能最佳。而且,随着镁合金中Y含量从0逐渐增加到0.6%,试样在室温下的断裂方式由最初的脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。 The effect of element Y on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91D alloy was investigated. The results show that the addition of Y element in the casting process of AZ91D magnesium alloy can effectively refine and reduce the second phase of β-Mg17Al12, and a new compound phase Al2Y is formed. The tensile strength and elongation of magnesium alloy increase at first and then decrease with the increase of Y content at the conditions of both room temperature (20 ℃) and 160 ℃, and the mechanical properties are optimal when Y content is 0.6%. Furthermore, the fracture mechanism of the alloy at room temperature transforms from brittle fracture to ductile fracture with increasing the Y content in the magnesium alloy from 0 to 0.6%.
