八机八流中间包内夹杂物运动行为数值模拟 被引量:3

Numerical Simulation of Inclusion Behavior in 8-Machine and 8-Strand Tundish

摘要 采用数值模拟软件,选择多相流模型,模拟八机八流中间包内钢液,分析了夹杂物在中间包内钢液流动情况下的运动轨迹,探讨了50、100、150和200μm 4种尺寸夹杂物在钢渣界面的分布情况,定量化计算四种尺寸夹杂物在八机八流中间包内的去除率。结果表明,四种尺寸夹杂物进入八机八流中间包的含量均为0.01%,其去除率分别为6.5%、65%、71.25%、88.5%。表明大尺寸夹杂物更有利于去除,3、6号出口的设置有利于小夹杂物的去除,1、8号出口的设置有利于大尺寸夹杂物的去除。 Molten steel in 8-machine and 8-strand tundish was simulated by the software and multiphase flow model, the inclusion behavior in the flow of molten steel in tundish was analyzed, and the size distribution of inclusion with 50, 100, 150 and 200 μm in steel-slag interface were discussed. The removal rates of inclusions with four dimensions in 8-Machine and 8-Strand tundish were quantitative calculated. The results show that the content of the four kinds of inclusions in the 8-Machine and 8-Strand is 0.01%, and the removal rates are 6.5%, 65%, 71.25% and 88.5%, respectively. It indicates that large size inclusions are more conducive to removal. The gates of No.3 and No.6 setting conducive to the removal of small inclusions, and the gates of No. 1 and No.8 setting conducive to the removal of small inclusions.
