摘要
分析了消失模工艺中涂料、浇注系统、造型对大型铸件的影响;在涂料中加入无机磷酸盐和石墨粉提高涂料的高温强度,降低涂层厚度,增强透气性和耐火度,提高铸件质量,节约成本;浇注系统改为双直浇道工艺,有效的防止崩箱。采用该工艺生产的大型铸件,成品率98%以上,工艺出品率达88%。
The effects of coatings, casting system and molding on large castings were analyzed. Adding inorganic phosphate and graphite powder to the coatings increased the high temperature strength of coatings, reduced the coating thickness, enhanced the air permeability and refractoriness. The process improves product quality and save costs. Double sprue system effectively prevents the casting collapsing. Using the process of large castings, the genuine rate is 98%, craft production rate reaches 88%.
