激光对MIG焊接熔滴过渡作用效果研究

摘要 研究了熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)过程中激光对熔滴过渡的影响,搭建了包括激光源在内的MIG焊接实验平台,实现了熔滴过渡过程中高速摄像图像和焊接电信号的采集。在小电流焊接过程中,分别引入一定功率密度的连续激光和脉冲激光。结果表明,引入连续激光对于焊接过程中熔滴过渡的促进作用不明显;引入脉冲激光,能够实现熔滴过渡从短路过渡向射滴过渡的转变,同时有效提高电弧燃烧的稳定性。 The influence of laser on the droplet transfer during the inert gas shielded arc welding (MIG) was studied. The MIG welding experimental platform, including the laser source, was set up, which realizes the acquisition of the high speed image and the welding signal collection. In the process of small current welding, a continuous laser and a pulsed laser with a certain power density were introduced. The results show that the effect of continuous laser on the droplet transfer is not obvious. With the introduction of the pulsed laser, the transition of the droplet transfer from the short circuit to the emitter can be realized, and the stability of the arc combustion can be improved effectively.
