论“艺术一般”

Art General

"艺术一般"的问题,是一个相当重要的艺术基础理论问题。应将"艺术一般"作为艺术原理、艺术概论或艺术基础理论研究中的一个核心范畴来对待。同时,这一范畴,也将为艺术学理论(一般艺术学)学科提供充分的学理根据。各特殊艺术种类的研究或个别艺术事象如具体的艺术家、个别的艺术创作活动、个别的艺术作品的研究,是能够纳入到艺术学理论(一般艺术学)研究的学科范围的。但是,这里必须有一个起码的要求,就是研究主体必须有自觉的"艺术一般"的观念,必须有一般与特殊对立统一的辩证思维素质,必须有由特殊到一般、再由一般到特殊之间的往复循环的思维运动。

The problem of art general is a very significant and basic theoretical problem. We should take art general as a core category of art principle, introduction of art or basic art theoretical research. Meanwhile, such a category will also provide a sufficient academic basis for general arts study. Researches done by artists, researches of individual art creation and individual artworks could be included into the scope of arts theory. However, there must be a request, that is, research subject must consciously have the conception of art general, must have the dialectical thinking quali- ty to tell the general and the special, and must have a circuit thinking movement from the special to the general, and from the general to the special.
