非物质文化遗产的产业化发展路径研究——以山东省非物质文化遗产保护传承实践为例

Industrialized Development Route for Intangible Cultural Heritage:Taking Protecting and Inheriting of Shandong Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage as the Example

非物质文化遗产作为中华传统文化的重要载体,对于推动我们重建文化认同和民族自信等具有深远意义。同时我们也必须清醒地认识到,虽然从政府到民间,对保护非物质文化遗产呼声很高,也采取了很多有力的措施,并提供了一些资金上的支持,但很多"非遗"项目依然举步维艰,濒临灭绝。一味地保护只是人为延缓了部分"非遗"资源消亡的时间,并不能从根本上解决问题。时代在变,我们所有从事传统文化保护传承事业的人也必须跟着改变。只有通过产业化发展,积极融入经济社会发展的新潮流,配合国家新的发展战略,增强自我造血能力,非物质文化遗产才能实现对自身价值的保护和传承。本文以山东省为例,以两者之间相互依存、互相作用的关系为研究基础,提出五种可行性发展路径,深入探索当下非物质文化遗产的产业化发展新思路。

＂ 13th Five -Year Plan for Cultural Industry＂ distributed by Ministry of Culture symbols that we enter into a whole new historical development in cultural industry. Meanwhile, it proposes the newest requests for its sustainable development and innovation. As an important carrier of traditional Chinese intangible cultural heritage, it will help us to rebuild our own cultural identity and national confidence, and to resist the comprehensive invasion of western cul- ture. Meanwhile, we must realize that intangible cultural projects are still under tapped in a difficult situation. Blindly protection could not solve the problem ultimately. Only through industrialization development could intangible cultural heritage actualize its own value.
