Objective The use of data mining techniques to analyze the acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphiglia was analyzed and summarized to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Method Computer retrieval China journal full-text database( CNKI),China academic journal database( WANFANG DATA),Chinese science and technology periodical database( CHONGQING VIP)from January 1,2007 to January 1,2017 of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke dysphiglia research literature,a corresponding database was established, and the association rules, method of system clustering statistics analysis, the frequency of acupoint selection and the regularity of distribution point were adopted. Results A total of 285 literatures were included, including 285 acupuncture prescriptions and 78 acupoints. The top five acupoints with higher frequency are Lianquan( CV23),Jinjin( EX-HN12),Yuye( ENHN13),Fengchi( GB20),Yifeng( TE17),the main position of acupoint is head and neck, the cumulative frequency is 1315 times( 83. 91%),and a set of points of the highest correlation is Jinjin( EX-HN12),Yuye( EN-HN13),Lianquan( CV23).Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke dysphiglia is based on local acupoints combined with syndrome differentiation.
