疏肝化瘀祛斑汤治疗黄褐斑的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shugan Huayu Quban Decoction in Treating Chloasma

目的观察中药疏肝化瘀祛斑汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选取黄褐斑患者100例,随机分成2组各50例。治疗组予自拟方疏肝化瘀祛斑汤治疗,同时口服维生素C及E片;对照组除口服维生素C及E片外,外用2%氢醌乳膏。2组均1个月为一个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94%,对照组总有效率为66%,2组总有效率比较(P<0.05);2组患者E2、FSH、LH水平均较治疗前明显下降,与对照组相比,观察组下降程度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝化瘀祛斑汤治疗黄褐斑具有较好的临床疗效,值得进一步研究。

Objective To explore clinical effects of Shugan Huayu Quban decoction in treating chloasma. Methods All 100 patients with chloasma were divided into two groups according to the visiting order. 50 cases in the treatment group were treated by routine treatment,oral administration of Shugan Huayu Quban decoction and Vitamin C and E tablets. 50 cases in the control group took vitamin E pills and vitamin C tablets and 2% hydroquinone cream. Both groups were treated for three months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66. 00%,the comparison had statistical meaning in total effective rate（ P〈0. 01）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects. The level of E2,FSH and LH of the two groups decreased significantly before treatment. Comparing with the control group,the decrease of the treatment group was more significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The Shugan Huayu Quban decoction has significantly clinical curative effect,and deserves further study.
