鼽安汤治疗鼻鼽78例

Qiuan Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis 78 Cases

目的观察鼽安汤治疗鼻鼽的临床疗效。方法收集2015年6月—2017年6月之间,我科门诊鼻鼽患者78例,使用鼽安汤加减治疗。结果治愈43例,好转28例,未愈7例,总有效率91.03%。结论鼽安汤治疗陕北地区鼻鼽有显著疗效。该病当以火热论治,使用清热泄肺,宣通鼻窍,活血通络结合方法治疗。通过临床观察和分析体会,阐述病因病机、辨证论治、组方思路、加减运用及预防保健,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiuan decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis（ AR）. Method 78 cases of patients with AR from June 2015 to June 2017 were collected and treated with Qiuan decoction. Result 43 cases were cured,28 cases were effective,7 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 91. 03%. Conclusion The Qiuan decoction in the treatment of AR has significant effect in northern Shaanxi. The disease should be treated with fire heat,and the method of cleaning lung heat,freeing nasal orifices,activating blood and unblocking collateral should be combined. Through clinical observation and analysis,it shows that the etiology and pathogenesis,the syndrome differentiation,the formula composing,the modified use and the prevention and healthcare,which is worth popularizing.
