加味宁心益脉汤辅助治疗急性病毒性心肌炎32例

Modified Ningxin Yimai Decoction in the Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Viral Myocarditis for 32 Cases

目的探究加味宁心益脉汤联合灯盏花素注射液对急性病毒性心肌炎患者症状改善及心电图变化的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月我院64例急性病毒性心肌炎患者,随机数字表法分组,各32例。对照组予以常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上予以加味宁心益脉汤+灯盏花素注射液,均治疗1个疗程。对比2组症状消失时间(心悸、胸闷、心脏扩大)、心电图疗效。结果 2组心电图疗效相比,实验组(93.75%)较对照组(65.63%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于对照组,实验组心悸、胸闷、心脏扩大等症状消失时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味宁心益脉汤联合灯盏花素注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎患者,有助于改善心电图,缩短临床症状消失时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Ningxin Yimai decoction combined with Breviscapine injection on improvements of symptoms and changes of electrocardiogram in patients with acute viral myocarditis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,64 cases of acute viral myocarditis in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given modified Ningxin Yimai decoction and Breviscapine injection on the basis of routine treatment. Both groups were treated for one course. The symptom disappearance time（ palpitation,chest tightness,cardiac enlargement）and ECG effect were compared between the two groups. Results The ECG effect of the experimental group（ 93. 75%） was higher than that of the control group（ 65. 63%）（ P〈0. 05）. Comparing with the control group,the disappearance time of palpitation,chest tightness and heart enlargement was shorter in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Ningxin Yimai decoction combined with Breviscapine injection in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis is helpful to improve the electrocardiogram and shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms.
