白头翁汤合芍药汤加减治疗细菌性痢疾的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Baitouweng Decoction and Shaoyao Decoction in the Treatment of Bacillary Dysentery

目的研究分析对细菌性痢疾患者采用白头翁汤合芍药汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年9月—2017年9月接收的84例细菌性痢疾患者为此次实验任务的主要研究对象,通过采用计算机产生随机数字,分为治疗组和参照组,其中参照组为42例,实施单一的西药常规治疗,治疗组为42例,予以患者白头翁汤合芍药汤加减治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果以及临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.24%,高于参照组总有效率80.95%,同时治疗组高热消退时间等临床症状改善情况,与参照组比较有着十分显著的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对细菌性痢疾患者的临床治疗过程中,积极采用白头翁汤合芍药汤加减治疗,对患者临床病症改善有着十分积极的作用,对提升患者治疗效果有着积极的意义,具有一定的应用价值,值得于临床中推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Baitouweng decoction and Shaoyao decoction in the treatment of bacillary dysentery.Methods 84 patients with bacillary dysentery received in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the main subjects of this experiment. Generating random numbers by using computer,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group. 42 cases in the control group applied conventional Western medicine treatment. 42 cases in the treatment group adopted Baitouweng decoction and Shaoyao decoction. The clinical curative effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was（ 95. 24%） was higher than that of the control group（ 80. 95%）. At the same time,the improvement of clinical symptoms such as the time of high fever extinction in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group. There was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment of bacillary dysentery,Baitouweng decoction and Shaoyao decoction can be used actively to treat the patients with bacillary dysentery. It has a positive effect on the improvement of patients＇ clinical symptoms and has a positive significance in improving the therapeutic effect of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
