四联疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Sequela of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨中医四联疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的重要性。方法随机选取90例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分成治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组口服银桂抗炎合剂,治疗组在对照组的基础上增加悬灸+中药灌肠+药渣塌渍。对比2组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率为91.11%,对照组为80.00%,治疗组优于对照组;治疗后治疗组局部症状的改变优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后治疗组的单一症状改善优于对照组,P<0.05。结论四联疗法可以有效提高患者的临床疗效,减少疾病复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the importance of quadruple therapy in the treatment of sequela of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 90 cases of patients with sequela of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into control group（ 45 cases） and treatment group（ 45 cases）. Yingui Kangyan mixture was used in the control group. The treatment group applied suspended moxibustion,enema and Chinese medicine soak. The comparison of therapeutic effect for mentioned two groups after nursing was carried out. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 91. 11%,which was higher than 80. 00%of the control group. Then,the improvement of local symtoms and single symptoms of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The quadruple therapy does effectively enhance the clinical effect and reduce the recurrence rate,and it is recommending for clinical application.
