银翘散加减联合头孢噻肟钠治疗小儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Yinqiaosan Decoction Combined with Cefotaxime Sodium in the Treatment of Infantile Purulent Meningitis

目的探讨银翘散加减汤联合头孢噻肟钠治疗小儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床疗效以及应用价值。方法选取2000年1月—2016年1月我院收治的38例小儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿。采用随机数字表法均分为2组。对照组19例单纯给予氨苄西林治疗,观察组采取银翘散加减汤联合头孢噻肟钠治疗。观察治疗7 d后2组38例患儿退热例数、血常规正常例数、脑脊液正常例数和呕吐消失例数,记录2组患儿治疗总有效率。结果 2组38例患儿症状改善情况显示,观察组治疗效率、退热例数、血常规正常例数、脑脊液正常例数和呕吐消失例数均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头孢噻肟钠联合银翘散加减汤在小儿化脓性脑膜炎的治疗中效果显著,充分利用了中药的清热解毒和西药的抗菌作用,缓解了患儿的临床症状。具有推广和借鉴价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of modified Yinqiaosan decoction combined with cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of infantile purulent meningitis. Methods 38 cases of suppurative meningitis patients in our hospital from January2000 to January 2016 were selected. The random number table was used to divide into two groups. The control group of 19 patients was treated with ampicillin treatment,and the observation group adopted Yinqiaosan decoction combined with cefotaxime sodium. After treatment of 7 d,38 cases of two groups were observed,including the number of fever cases,routine blood routine cases,cerebrospinal fluid normal cases and vomiting cases. The total effective rate of two groups was recorded. Results The improvement of symptoms in two groups showed that the therapeutic effect,antipyretic cases,blood routine,normal number of cerebrospinal fluid,and the number of vomiting cases in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The modified Yinqiaosan decoction combined with cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of infantile purulent meningitis has significantly therapeutic effect,makes full use of the traditional Chinese medicine to clear heat and detoxify and the anti-bacterial effect of western medicine,and alleviates the clinical symptoms of children. It has the value of popularization and reference.
