不宁腿综合征(RLS)是以双下肢出现难以忍受的不适感为主要症状的一种发作性疾病。经过对相关文献研究发现,RLS的临床表现及发病机制与阴阳跷脉的功能主治及调节机制具有高度一致性,故从跷脉论治RLS可明显提高疗效,缩短疗程。现从RLS的临床特点、西医的发病机制、中医病因病机、跷脉的循行功能主治及跷脉与RLS相关疾病等方面,着重论述跷脉与RLS之间的密切联系,以期为临床发现一条新的针刺治疗途径。

Restless legs syndrome（ RLS） is a type of seizure disorder characterized by an intolerable discomfort in both legs. The author through literature study found that the clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of RLS and skip the attending of the function of the pulse and regulating mechanism of yin and yang are highly consistent,so from cross vein differentiation RLS can obviously improve curative effect,shorten course of treatment. This article from the clinical characteristics of RLS,the pathogenesis of western medicine,TCM etiology and pathogenesis,skip attending courses function of arteries and veins and cross vein and RLS related diseases,and so on,focuses on the lift the close relationships between veins and RLS to found a new clinical acupuncture treatment.
