铺灸疗法的研究进展

The Research Progress of Spreading Moxibustion Therapy

灸法是针灸疗法的重要组成部分,用艾灸直接或间接对体表的穴位进行烧灼、温熨,借助火的温和热力以及药物的作用,通过经络的传导,起到温通气血,扶病祛邪的治病和保健作用。临床上应用灸法治疗针药所不能愈的很多痼疾沉疴屡见奇效。笔者查阅近几年铺灸的临床应用报道,将其要施灸的方法和选取部位以及治疗的疾病进行整理,总结近年临床对铺灸的应用方向和研究方法的最新动向。

Moxibustion is an important part of acupuncture and moxibustion. It uses moxibustion to directly or indirectly burn the acupoints of the body surface,warm the iron,use the mild heat of the fire,and the effect of the medicine,and through the conduction of the meridians,and it plays a role in warming ventilation,curing disease and dispelling evil and health care. The clinical application of moxibustion in the treatment of many chronic diseases which cannot be cured by acupuncture and medicine often shows remarkable effect. The author reviewed the clinical application reports of spreading moxibustion in recent years,sorted out the moxibustion method and selection,summarized the latest trends in the application direction and research methods of clinical auxiliary moxibustion in recent years,and guided further research.
