摘要
本文研究了为实现服务绩效的提升,通过研究企业和第三方无损检测机构之间特种设备无损检测服务的供需匹配问题,提出了一种模糊多目标决策方法:首先,构建企业与第三方无损服务机构的评价指标;其次,对无损检测服务供需问题进行描述;最后,根据模糊多目标决策方法进行求解,将语言评价信息转化为三角模糊数,最终计算得到匹配结果。基于模糊多目标决策的方法可以为企业与第三方无损检测服务机构实现服务绩效的提升提供有效的策略。
To improve service performance, a fuzzy multi-objective is proposed to solve matching problem between enterprises and third-party testing agencies based on nondestructive testing service for special equipment. Firstly, construct evaluation index about firm and third-party testing agencies, and then describe the problem of supply and demand of nondestructive testing service. Finally, use a fuzzy multi-objective optimization method to solve the problem. Specifically, in order to get the matching result, the linguistic assessment information given by enterprises and third-party testing agencies is firstly transformed into the form of triangular fuzzy number. A fuzzy multi-objective optimization method provides an effective strategy or approach to improve nondestructive testing service performance.
