摘要
拜尔法生产氧化铝是一水硬铝石型铝土矿提取铝行之有效的方法,通过对广西4个不同地区的铝矿石进行拜尔法的溶出处理试验研究判断其可行性。试验结果表明:拜尔法处理这4个不同性质特征铝矿石生产氧化铝的适用性较强,溶出温度为260~280℃、溶出时间为45~60 min、配料分子比为1.40~1.45、石灰加入量为4%~9%、循环苛性碱浓度为240~280 g/L,在此条件范围内这4个铝土矿石的相对溶出率都达到95%以上,添加聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂有助于提高溶出赤泥的沉降性能。
The production of alumina by Bayer process is an effective method to extract aluminum from diaspora. The feasibility of using Bayer process to dissolve aluminum ore in four different atlas of Guangxi was studied. The results showed that the Bayer process was suitable for the production of alumina from four different kinds of aluminum ore. The optimal dissolution temperature was 260 280℃, the leaching time was 45 - 60 min, the molecular weight ratio was 1.40 - 1.45, the dos- age of lime was 4% -9%, and the circulating caustic concentration was 240 -280 g/L. Under these conditions, the relative leaching rates of these four bauxite otis reached mot- than 95%. Moreover, the addition of polyacrylamide as the floeculent was helpful to improve the sedimentation peffomlance of the dissolved red mud.
