针对山西漳电同达热电有限公司330 MW循环流化床锅炉投产以后所发生的低温再热器泄漏失效问题,通过对泄漏部位管样进行宏观分析和金相组织分析,得出失效原因并提出对策,确保锅炉安全、经济、稳定运行。

In view of the leakage failure of the cold reheater that occurred after the 330 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler of Tongda Power Co., LTD. of Shanxi Zhangze Power Co., LTD. was put into operation, the macroscopical analysis and metallographic analysis of the pipe sample at the leak site resulted in the failure cause and proposed the countermeasures to ensure boiler safety, economical and stable operation.
