摘要
为了解决企业生产出现设备故障时,报修困难,维修不便,定位不准和缺少知识库智能判断的问题,提出一种智能工业设备报修方法及系统。其方法是通过机台系统、广播系统、设备亮灯和监控系统发起报修,根据电子信息、语音信息、设备信号和监控信息生成报修流程,通过知识库的智能判断,快速定位解决问题。实现了企业设备快速高效维修,并形成一个以信息流,语音流,信号流融为一体的智能报修平台。
A method and system of intelligent industrial equipment repair request is proposed to solve the problems of re- pair request difficulty, inconvenient maintenanee, inaeeurate positioning, and lack of intelligent judgment of knowledge base when equipment failure occurs in enterprise production. The repair request is initiated via machine platform system, broadcasting system, lighting equipment and monitoring system. The process of repair request is generated according to electronic information, voice information, equipment signals, and monitoring information. The problems are rapidly located and resolved by means of intelligent judgment of knowledge base. The rapid and high-efficient enterprise equipment maintenance is achieved, and an in- telligent repair request platform with integration of information flow, voice flow, and signal flow is formed.
