摘要
本试验采用两个抗孢囊线虫品系84—783、CN210与当地感病的大豆品种绥农6号配制成84—783×绥农6号和绥农6号×CN210二个组合,在大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种自然感染条件下,分析这些组合的F2代抗感病植株分离比例。结果表明,84—783、CN210的抗性基因对绥农6号的感病基因是隐性的,三对独立遗传的隐性基因控制84—783×绥农6号和绥农6号×CN210两个组合对大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种的抗性。
A study was conducted in attempt to determine the inheritance of resistance to the race 3 of the soybean cyst nematode(SCN)happened in Heilongjiang province under the condition of natural inoculated.Two resistant strains CN210,84-783 and a susceptible variety Shuinong No.6 were used as parents,and two combinations 84-783×Shuinong No.6,Shuinong No.6×CN210 were made.Data from the F2 generation of 84-783×Shuinong No.6,Shuinong No.6×CN210 combinations fitted a genetic model of three independently inherited recessive genes for resistance.The results from the study imply that it is necessary to raduce selection pressure to the numbers of SCN on the plant roots in the early generatoin.Such this,the frequence of recessive genes and genotypes for resistance to SCN can be increased in later generation.On the basis of that,it is possible to select agronomics characteristics and ecotypes for increasing soybean yield.
