摘要
利用市电电源,融合本地电源,通过交流母线和直流母线来给交流负荷和直流负荷供电,作为今后PPP建设和研究的方向,其供电电源和PQDs的协调研究将变得非常关键。考虑PQDs与备用电源的接入时间及联络开关的分合条件,提出了一种故障状态以及恢复过程的总体协调控制策略。该策略着重考虑接入时间点,是一种在故障状态及故障恢复过程中的总体协调策略,从实现不同电能等级方向考虑通过TB2的切换来简化控制策略。根据设计的PPP实用拓扑结构,通过PSCAD/EMTDC建模仿真,验证了该控制策略的有效性。
It is the direction of PPP(premium power park) construction and research to provide AC and DC loads power supply with the utility grid combined with local power through AC and DC bus. It is critical to coordinate power supply with PQDs(power quality devices). Based on access time of PQDs and standby power and switching condition of tie switch, this paper proposes an overall coordination control strategy under the condition of fault and recovery to simplify the control strategy by TB2 switching in consideration of different electric energy levels. According to the practical topological structure of PPP and by means of PSCAD/EMTDC modeling and simulation, this paper verifies he proposed control strategy.
