超超临界汽轮机灵活性运行策略研究与展望 被引量:15

摘要 随着新型清洁能源的推广应用和调峰竞价上网的发展趋势,开发汽轮机侧蓄能,提高机组灵活性运行成为火电机组发展的必由之路。以超超临界机组为例,分别介绍了主汽调阀节流、补汽阀调节、凝结水系统调节、高压加热器调节4种切实可行的灵活性运行策略,并结合具体试验数据,详细分析了各运行策略的应用特点,给机组灵活性运行提供了新的思路和方法,为应对机组灵活性运行提供了可以借鉴的改造之路。同时结合当下机组灵活性研究现状,展望了火电机组灵活性运行未来的发展方向,对旁路调节、减温水喷水调节、蓄能技术等策略进行了优劣和可行性分析。 With the development and application of new clean energy sources and the development trend of peak load regulation and price bidding, the development of energy storage at the turbine side and operation flexibility improvement of steam turbine units have become the only way for the development of thermal power units. Taking an ultra-supercritical unit as an example, the paper introduces four feasible and flexible operating strategies such as main steam control valve throttling, steam compensating valve regulation, condensate system adjustment, and high-pressure heater adjustment. Besides, the paper analyzes application characteristics of each operation strategy on the basis of test data to provide new ideas and methods for unit operation flexibility and a reference for the transformation of the unit operation flexibility. At the same time, the paper thinks over current research status of the unit flexibility and looks over the future direction of the development of the thermal power unit flexibility; moreover, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and feasibility of such strategies as bypass regulation, desuperheating water spray regulation and energy storage technology.
