丹红注射液对冠心病患者血管功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响 被引量:11

Impact of Danhong Injection on Vascular Function and Serum Inflammatory Cytokines Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨丹红注射液对冠心病患者血管功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2014年11月—2015年10月荆州市中医医院心血管内科收治的冠心病患者320例,按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组160例。两组患者入院后均给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予丹红注射液治疗;两组患者均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后2、4周血管功能指标、血清炎性因子水平,并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果时间与方法在左侧及右侧脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、踝-臂指数(ABI)上存在交互作用(P<0.05);时间在左侧及右侧PWV、ABI上主效应显著(P<0.05);方法在左侧及右侧PWV、ABI上主效应显著(P<0.05);治疗后2、4周观察组患者左侧及右侧PWV和ABI低于对照组(P<0.05)。时间与方法在血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)水平上存在交互作用(P<0.05);时间在血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、TLR4、MCP-1水平上主效应显著(P<0.05);方法在血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、TLR4、MCP-1水平上主效应显著(P<0.05);治疗后2、4周观察组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、TLR4、MCP-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论丹红注射液能有效改善冠心病患者血管功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,抑制炎性反应,且安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the impact of Danhong injection on vascular function and serum inflammatory cytokines levels in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From November 2014 to October 2015, a total of 320 patients with coronary heart disease were selected in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jingzhou, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the visiting sequence, each of 160 cases. Patients in the two groups received conventional medical treatment after admission, while patients in observation group received extra Danhong injection; both groups continuously treated for 4 weeks. Index of vascular function and serum inflammatory cytokines levels were compared between the two groups before treatment, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions was observed during treatment. Results There was interaction between time and method in bilateral PWV and ABI(P〈0.05); main effects of time and method were significant in bilateral PWV and ABI(P〈0.05); bilateral PWV and ABI in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P〈0.05). There was interaction between time and method in serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, TLR4 and MCP-1(P〈0.05); main effects of time and method were significant in serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, TLR4 and MCP-1(P〈0.05); serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, TLR4 and MCP-1 in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P〈0.05). No one in the two groups occurred any obvious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Danhong injection can effectively improve the vascular function and reduce the serum inflammatory cytokines levels in patients with coronary heart disease, is helpful to inhibit the inflammatory reaction and relatively safe.
