摘要
煤气化是一个热化学过程。以煤或煤焦为原料,以氧气(空气、富氧或纯氧)、水蒸气或氢气等作气化剂,在高温条件下通过化学反应将煤或煤焦中的可燃部分转化为气体燃料或下游原料的过程。煤气化用煤煤质化验误差主要为系统误差和随机误差。为了优化煤质分析流程控制系统误差可以从测量仪器、规范流程、人员素养、数据记录、提升技术水平方面提高煤质化验的准确性。
Coal gasifcation is a thermochemical process. Coal or coal char is used as a raw material, oxygen (air, oxygen-enriched or pure oxygen), water vapor or hydrogen are used as gasifcation agents, and combustible parts in the coal or coal char are converted into gas fuel or downstream raw materials through chemical reaction under high temperature conditions. The testing error of coal quality for coal gasifcation is mainly systematic error and random error. In order to optimize the coal quality analysis process and control system error, the accuracy of coal quality analysis can be improved from the aspects of measuring instruments, standard process, personnel quality, data recording and technical level improvement.
