浅析MTBE装置工艺中危险因素分布

摘要 MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)装置工艺涉及到物料,如混合C4、甲醇,均是易燃易爆的危险品,如果生产过程中发生物料的泄露,可能引起火灾、爆炸、人员伤亡等,后果十分严重。为了保证MTBE生产安全平稳的进行,对MTBE装置工艺中可能存在危险因素分布进行研究十分必要。本文从MTBE装置(原料缓冲罐、醚化反应器、催化蒸馏塔)和工艺(原料的配置及混相反应、催化蒸馏及产品分离、催化蒸馏及产品分离)两个方面重点分析MTBE生产中存在的安全隐患。 Mixed C4 and methanol, which are materials involved in MTBE (methyl tert butyl ether) plant process, are both fammable and explosive dangerous goods. If material leakage occurs in the production process, it may cause fre, explosion, casualties, etc., and the consequences are very serious. In order to ensure the safety and stability of MTBE production, it is very necessary to study the distribution of possible risk factors in MTBE plant process. In this paper, the potential safety hazards in MTBE production are analyzed from the aspects of MTBE plant (raw material buffer tank, etherifcation reactor, catalytic distillation column) and process (raw material confguration and mixed phase reaction, catalytic distillation and product separation, catalytic distillation and product separation).
