浅谈海底管道内检测作业风险及控制 被引量:2

摘要 油气管道是油气运输最经济、快捷和可靠的一种方式,但随着油气管道服役期的增长,管道容易出现腐蚀、磨损、意外损伤等情况。对海底管道进行内检测作业,不仅可以全面了解海底管道的腐蚀损伤等情况,还可以指导海底管道的运营维护,有效的避免经济损失和环境破坏。但是,由于海底管道内检测作业通球过程中无法跟球、检测器清管器在海底管道中难定位及海底管道断管取球工程浩大等因素,导致海底管道内检测作业风险要远高于陆地管线。因此,需要对泉州石化海底管道内检测作业进行充分的风险分析及制定控制措施。 Oil and gas pipeline is the most economical, fast and reliable way of oil and gas transportation, but with the increase of service life of oil and gas pipeline, pipeline is prone to corrosion, wear, accidental damage and so on. The internal inspection operation of submarine pipelines can not only make us fully understand the corrosion damage of submarine pipelines, but also guide us the operation and maintenance of submarine pipelines, and effectively avoid economic losses and environmental damage. However, due to the factors of unable to follow the ball in the ball passing process of internal inspection operation of submarine pipelines, hard to locate for detector cleaning device in submarine pipeline, and huge task for the ball taking work from broken pipe in submarine pipeline, the risk of internal inspection operation in subsea pipelines is much higher than that in onshore pipelines. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out suffcient risk analysis and formulate control measures for the internal inspection operation in Quanzhou petrochemical submarine pipeline.
