摘要
光引发剂是水性UV光油体系的重要组成部分,对光油的的固化反应起着决定性作用。本文考察了光引发剂的种类及含量对光油固化效果的影响,选用不同的光引发剂设计水性UV光油的配方,测试比较其固化性能。不同的光引发剂及其在配方的的含量会影响水性UV光油的固化效果,测试结果表明907的固化速率较快,1173的固化速率较慢但是黄变影响最小。同时考察了光引发剂不同含量对水性UV光固化性能的影响。
Photoinitiators are an important part of waterborne UV varnish system, which play a decisive role in the curing reaction of varnish. In this paper, the infuence of the types and contents of photoinitiators on the curing effect of varnish was investigated. Different photoinitiators were selected to design the formulation of waterborne UV varnish, and its curing properties were tested and compared. Different photoinitiators and their content in the formulation will affect the curing effect of water-borne UV varnish. The test results show that the curing rate of 907 is faster, the curing rate of 1173 is slower while the yellowing reaction effect is minimal. At the same time, the effect of different content of photoinitiator on the waterborne UV varnish curing performance was investigated.
