SBS改性沥青生产过程中的质量控制因素

Quality Control Factors in SBS Modified Asphalt Production Process

SBS改性沥青在生产过程中受到诸多因素影响,对基质沥青、添加剂和工艺参数的选用多数凭借工程施工经验,缺乏严谨的理论依据。本文通过SBS改性沥青生产过程中剪切速率、剪切时间、剪切温度、发育时间对改性沥青三大指标各性能的影响进行试验研究,结果表明,SBS改性沥青的加工条件宜为:剪切速率控制在4000r/min至5000r/min之间,剪切时间控制在30min至40min之间,剪切温度控制在180℃至190℃之间,发育时间控制在3小时至3.5小时之间。同时,实际生产中,应优选基质沥青,使各项参数控制在适宜的范围内。

SBS modifed bitumen in the process of production is affected by many factors, the matrix asphalt, additives and the selection of technological parameters of most with construction experience, the lack of rigorous theoretical basis. In this article, through the SBS modifed bitumen production in the process of shear rate, shear time, temperature and shear development time affect the performance of modifed bitumen three major indexes all experiment research, the results show that the SBS modifed bitumen processing conditions suitable for： shear rate control at 4000 r/min to 5000 r/min, shear time control between 30 min to 40 min, shear temperature between 180 ℃ to 190 ℃, development time control between 3 hours to 3.5 hours. At the same time, in the actual production, we should be preferred matrix asphalt, which controls the various parameters in appropriate range.
