摘要
本文首先对食品分析领域中原子荧光光谱法的应用进展作一分析,分别从金属污染物汞、砷、铅等方面,探讨了原子荧光技术的分析方法及相关技术,望能为此领域应用研究有所借鉴。
In this paper, the application progress of atomic fuorescence spectrometry in food analysis feld is analyzed. The analytical methods and related technologies of atomic fuorescence spectrometry are discussed from the aspects of metal contamination such as mercury, arsenic and lead, hoping to be used for reference for application research in this feld.
