摘要
本研究提到通过将环氧改性苯丙乳液作为成膜物主体,并以复合有机酸作为铁锈的转化剂,制备一种新型的水性带锈的防腐涂料产品。研究考察成膜的主要物质,铁锈的转化剂,助成膜剂以及消泡剂等用量对于涂膜的效果影响。
In this study, a new type of water-borne anticorrosive paint with rust was prepared by using epoxy modifed styrene-acrylic emulsion as flm-forming body and composite organic acid as rust conversion agent. The effect infuence of main substance for flm formation, rust conversion agent, assistant flm-forming agent and antifoaming agent on the flm is inspected in this study.
