Analysis on the Necessity of Qualification Identification (Metrological Certification) of Environmental Monitoring Institutions

在环境保护工作的过程中,环境监测作为一个重要的组成部分,同时也作为环保部门监督和执法的主要凭证和依据,必须要保证其公正性与权威性。本文以日常实验室工作中的实践经验为理论来源与基础,通过对资质认定(计量认证)的目的进行分析,对资质认定(计量认证)的必要性进行研究,并总结阐述了资质认定(计量认证)的注意事项,以求能够对检测机构的资质认定(计量认证)工作起到促进和指导的作用。

In the process of environmental protection work, environmental monitoring as an important part, as well as the main evidence and basis of supervision and law enforcement for environmental protection department, its impartiality and authority must be ensured. Based on the practical experience in daily laboratory work as the theoretical source and basis, through the analysis of the purpose of qualifcation identifcation （metrological certifcation）, the paper studied the necessity of qualifcation identifcation （metrological certifcation）, and summarized the matters needing attention in qualifcation identifcation （metrological certifcation）, so as to play a role in promoting and guiding the qualifcation identifcation （metrological certifcation） of testing institutions.
