摘要 在化工工艺之中,往往需要进行化学物质的分离,这时候就需要发挥萃取的作用,其主要原理就是发挥萃取剂的作用,将两种不同溶度的溶液相分离,这主要是由于萃取剂的组成上所导致其具有分离液体的功能。在进行化工产品的加工之中,分离环节是其流程之中非常重要的一个组成部分,其直接影响着化工产品的质量和进行加工的效率。在进行化工工艺历程之中,选择使用合适并且对应的萃取剂,对于提高化工加工的效率和水平有着至关重要的影响。本文通过对于化工工艺流程上的分析,并且针对其分析提出相应的应用措施,以图实现萃取剂在进行化工加工之中发挥积极的作用。 In chemical process, often need to separate chemical substances, and it needs to play the role of extraction at this time. The main principle is to play the role of the extractant and separate the two solutions of different solubility, and this is mainly due to the composition of the extractant which has the function of separating the liquid. In the process of chemical products processing, separation is a very important part in its process, which directly affects the quality of chemical products and processing effciency. In the process of chemical engineering, the selection and use of appropriate and corresponding extractant has a vital impact on improving the effciency and level of chemical processing. Through the analysis of the chemical process, this paper puts forward the corresponding application measures for its analysis, in order to make the extraction agent play a positive role in chemical processing.
