摘要
目的:通过调查,评价企业职业病危害现状,为政府监管部门对企业实施监管以及企业职业病防治管理提供科学依据。方法:收集资料,进行职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,采用检查表和定性、定量分析法进行综合评价。结果:企业生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有甲苯、二甲苯、正己烷、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、氨、噪声、高温。劳动者接触化学有害因素浓度及噪声、高温强度均符合国内职业卫生标准。结论:汽车泡绵生产属于职业病危害风险严重的项目,企业应完善应急救援设施,在自动发泡线区域设置事故通风,并将事故通风与报警装置相连锁。
Objective:Through the investigation, evaluate the status of occupational disease hazards in enterprises and provide scientifc basis for the implementation of enterprises supervision and occupational disease prevention and control management in enterprises for the government supervision departments. Methods: collect data, and carry out occupational hygiene investigation and occupational disease hazards detection, and conduct a comprehensive evaluation using the checklist and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Results: the main occupational disease hazard factors are toluene, xylene, n-hexane, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, noise and high temperature. Concentration of chemical harmful factors and intensity of noise and high temperature which workers exposed to are in line with domestic occupational health standards. Conclusion: automobile foam production is a projects with serious occupational-disease-inductive risks. Enterprises should improve emergency rescue facilities, set up emergency ventilation in the area of automatic foaming line area, and link emergency ventilation with alarm device.
