摘要 当前,恐怖主义威胁是国际社会共同面临的问题。越来越多的国家开始运用高科技武器装备打击和防范恐怖主义,打击力度也越来越强。运用高科技武器装备进行反恐斗争已成为许多国家的国家战略。反恐武器的升级意味着反恐战斗的升级。我国的反恐武器装备"科技化"发展水平存在各地区发展不均衡的现象,对高科技反恐武器装备的采购、使用训练及实战应用三个环节还需做好相应的工作。公安机关需要充分认识反恐工作的长期性和持久性,运用发展的眼光看待国际恐怖主义的发展变化,预防新型恐怖主义。由于恐怖主义已经成为威胁各国公共安全的重要因素,公安机关应加强应用科技手段进行反恐怖斗争的系统训练,将科技武器运用到日常安保和维稳工作中。 At present, the terrorist threat is a common problem faced by the international community. More and more countries have begun to use high -tech weaponry to crack down on and prevent terrorism with stronger ef- forts. Using high - tech weaponry to fight terrorism has become the national strategy of many countries. The up- grade of anti - terrorism weaponry means the upgrade of the fight against terrorism. The level of "scientific and technological" development of China' s anti - terrorism weaponry is unbalanced in all regions. Corresponding work must be done on the three stages of the purchase, training, and actual application of high - tech anti - terrorism weaponry. Public security agencies need to fully understand the long -term and persistent nature of anti -terrorist work, use developing perspectives to view the development and changes of international terrorism and prevent new - type terrorism. Since terrorism has become an important factor that threatens public security in all countries,pub- lic security agencies should strengthen the systematic training in anti -terrorist struggles by applying scientific and technological means, and apply scientific and technological weapons to daily security and stability maintenance.
