当前,恐怖主义威胁是国际社会共同面临的问题。越来越多的国家开始运用高科技武器装备打击和防范恐怖主义,打击力度也越来越强。运用高科技武器装备进行反恐斗争已成为许多国家的国家战略。反恐武器的升级意味着反恐战斗的升级。我国的反恐武器装备"科技化"发展水平存在各地区发展不均衡的现象,对高科技反恐武器装备的采购、使用训练及实战应用三个环节还需做好相应的工作。公安机关需要充分认识反恐工作的长期性和持久性,运用发展的眼光看待国际恐怖主义的发展变化,预防新型恐怖主义。由于恐怖主义已经成为威胁各国公共安全的重要因素,公安机关应加强应用科技手段进行反恐怖斗争的系统训练,将科技武器运用到日常安保和维稳工作中。
