经侦专业应用型人才培养课程体系构建目标与策略

Target and strategy of constructing curriculum system for training applied Economic Investigation professionals

目前公安院校经侦专业课程体系缺乏系统性和科学性,存在课程设置不规范、不合理,公共基础课程与专业基础课程设置比例不当,专业课程设置与公安实战结合不紧密,对实践教学环节不够重视,以及教学大纲的制定和使用存在误区等诸多问题。因此导致了经侦专业应用型人才培养的偏差。针对上述问题,在明确经侦专业课程体系构建目标的基础上,采用"培养目标顺时实施与课程设置逆向构建"的策略,通过构建"四个教学平台、八个课程模块"的课程体系,兼顾本科教育的基础性和公安高等教育的职业性,适应了公安院校应用型本科教育质量要求,确保了经侦专业课程设置的规范性、科学性和课程内容的正确性、适用性,为培养应用型经侦专业人才奠定了坚实基础。

At present, the curriculum system of Economic Investigation Major in public security colleges is not systematic and scientific;there are many problems such as irregular and unreasonable curriculum settings, improp- er proportion of public basic courses and professional basic courses, loose combination of professional courses and public security practice, lack of attention to practical teaching and the misunderstandings in the formulation and use of the syllabus. As a result,it has led to deviations in the training of applied professionals in Economic Inves- tigation Major. In view of the above problems, on the basis of clarifying the objectives of the curriculum system of Economic Investigation Major, we adopt the strategy of ＂implementing the training goal orderly and construc- ting the curriculum setting reversely＂. By constructing a curriculum system of ＂four teaching platforms and eight curriculum modules＂, take into account the basics of undergraduate education and the occupational nature of high- er education for public security to adapt to the requirements of the quality of applied undergraduate education in public security colleges, to ensure the normative and scientific curriculum setting in Economic Investigation Major and correct and applied course contents and to lay the foundation for training applied Economic Investigation pro- fessionals.
