摘要
目的:以武汉市4所高校59名一线英语教师作为研究对象,对高校英语教师工作压力和职业倦怠的关系做进一步研究。方法:采用定量和定性研究相结合的方式来研究高校英语教师工作压力与工作倦怠的现状以及它们之间的关系。结果:高校英语教师的工作压力和职业倦怠都处于较低水平,工作压力与职业倦怠之间存在显著正相关(r=0.598,p<0.01),工作乐趣对职业倦怠有较好的预测作用。结论:减轻工作负荷和提升工作乐趣有利于缓解高校英语教师的职业倦怠。
Purpose: This paper makes a further study on the relationship between college English teachers' job stress and their job burnout, and the 59 research subjects in this paper are college English teachers from four universities in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Methods: This paper makes an empirical research on current college English teachers' job stress and their job burnout and the relationships between them by means of questionnaires and interviews. Results: College English teachers' job stress is relatively low and their job burnout is not serious. There is a relatively high positive correlation between job stress and burnout (r=0.598, p〈0.01). Working interest has positive prediction on job burnout. Conclusion: Reducing working load and enhancing working interest are good for alleviating college English teachers' job burnout.
