全程优质护理干预应用于股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者的效果观察

The effect of whole-course quality nursing intervention on patients with intertrochanteric fractures was observed

目的观察全程优质护理干预应用于股骨粗隆间骨折患者的围手术期护理效果。方法 60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为干预组(G组,30例,加以全程优质护理干预)和对照组(D组,30例,常规护理)。观察两组患者两种护理模式下的临床护理效果。结果 G组患者术后6个月功能评定优良率显著高于D组,平均住院时间明显短于D组,患者的护理满意度显著高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期进行全程优质护理干预,值得推广。

Objective Observation of high quality nursing intervention should be used in perioperative nursing care for patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods 60 patients for intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into intervention group （group G, 30 cases,Whole course high quality nursing intervention） and control group （group D, 30 cases,routine nursing）.The clinical nursing effect of two nursing modes in two groups of patients was observed. Results The good rate of postoperative functional assessment, the average time of hospitalization and the satisfaction of the patients in group G were statistically different from that of group D（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Whole course high quality nursing intervention is worth popularizing.
