自贸区跨境电商应用型人才培养策略研究

Study on the Applied Talents Training Strategy of Cross-Border E-Commerce in Free Trade Areas

设立自贸区是我国在新世纪针对经济转型而做出的战略举措,培养自贸区跨境电商应用型人才是高校服务社会和经济发展的职能之一。针对跨境电商人才培养中师资力量不足、课程设置不合理及培养模式单一等问题,提出加大师资培养和专业整合力度、倡导校企共同编写教材、采取"订单式"联合培养模式、政府加大扶持力度等措施,以期为自贸区跨境电商人才培养提供一定的借鉴作用。

The establishment of free trade areas is a strategic measure for Chinas economic transformation in the new century. Training applied talents of cross - border e - commerce for free trade areas is one of the functions for universities to serve the social and economic development. For the problems of insufficient teachers, unreasonable curriculum and unitary training mode in talents training of cross - border e - commerce, this paper puts forward some measures as follows strengthening teacher training and professional integration, advocating to write textbooks by both the school and the enterprise, taking a jointly - training model with “ ordering form”, in- creasing the support from government, attempting to provide certain reference on talents training of cross - border e - commerce in free trade areas.
