Political Ecology Needs Organic Politics and Organic Community

良好的政治制度应当是有机政治。有机政治的运作,无不包含整体、关联、互动、制约的生态学意味。相应地,良好的政治学应当是有机政治学。就此意义而言,政治生态学就是探讨有机政治及其构成机理与运行机制的学问。社会共同利益和共同意志的满足,是有机政治的两大基石;社会共同利益和共同意志的满足的程度,决定着政治制度及其体系有机化的程度;而保障有机政治得以实现的内在机制及其相互制约关系,构成有机共同体。贯穿人类民主共和政治实践始终的一条主线,即是如何维持政治共同体的内在有机性。

Favorable political system should be organic politics.The operation of organic politics includes factors of ecology,such as entirety,relation,interaction and restriction.Accordingly,favorable politics should be organic politics.In this sense,political ecology concerns on organic politics and its constitution mechanism and operation mechanism.Satisfaction of common interests and general will in the community is the base of organic politics.Satisfaction degree of common interests and general will in the community decides organic degree of political system.Internal mechanism and restrictive relation ensuring realization of organic politics constitute organic community.One principal line of human republican politics practice is how to maintain the intrinsically organic harmony of political community,thus to prevent dictatorship and ensure the realization of popular sovereignty.
