基于文献数据挖掘针灸治疗失眠选穴及配伍规律研究

Acupoint selection and combination rules of acupuncture treatment for insomnia based on literature data mining

目的分析针灸治疗失眠近现代著作类文献的针灸处方选穴及配伍规律。方法运用中医传承辅助平台软件对针灸治疗失眠的数据进行挖掘。结果共纳入735本著作类文献,发现神门、百会、安眠穴是最常用腧穴;腧穴所属经脉主要集中于足太阳膀胱经、督脉、足阳明胃经等,主要采用交会穴、五输穴、原穴。神门穴与三阴交穴运用频次最高,且配伍最为常用。结论针灸治疗失眠的选穴规律有着局部取穴、循经取穴、特定穴选穴的特点,配穴有着上下配穴、子母配穴、原络配穴、原俞配穴的取穴规律,可为针灸治疗失眠的科研和临床研究提供可靠的依据和参考。

Objective To analyze the acupoint selection and combination rules of acupuncture treatment for insomnia in modern works and literatures. Methods Using TCM inheritance assistant platform software,the data of acupuncture in treatment of insomnia were mined. Results A total of 735 literatures were collected. Shenmen（ HT7）,Baihui（ GV20） and Anmian（ Extra） are the most common acupoints,focusing on the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,the Governor Vessel and the stomach meridian foot-yangming. The acupoints refer to the influential points,five-shu points and yuan-primary points. The combination of Shenmen（ HT7） and Sanyinjiao（ SP6） is high in frequency. Conclusion In the treatment of insomnia with acupuncture,the local points,the points along the affected meridians and the special points are commonly used.The combinations of the upper and lower points,the mother and son points,the yuan-primary and the luo-connecting points and the yuan-primary and the back-shu points are applied. These rules provide the reliable evidences for the clinical research of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia.
