逍遥散加味治疗癫痫共病抑郁障碍的临床研究

Clinical research of the modified xiaoyao san in the treatment of epilepsy combined with depression

目的观察逍遥散加味治疗癫痫共病抑郁障碍患者的临床效果。方法选择于2016年1月至2017年10月期间,就诊并符合纳入标准的癫痫共病抑郁障碍的患者作为研究对象,共60例。依照随机分组原则,将患者平均分成两组,分别为治疗组和对照组。在常规抗癫痫治疗的基础上,治疗组给予逍遥散加味,对照组给予阳性药物帕罗西汀,给药2个月后,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定临床治疗效果。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为83.3%,显著高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.05);治疗后两组HAMD总评分与治疗前比较,HAMD总评分均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组SERS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加味治疗癫痫共病抑郁障碍疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the modified xiaoyao san on epilepsy combined with depression. Methods From January 2016 to October 2017,60 patients of epilepsy combined with depression were treated and included as the subjects according to the inclusive criteria. In reference to the random group division principle,the patients were equally divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group. Based on the conventional anti-epileptic treatment,the modified xiaoyao san was used in the treatment group and paroxetine in the control group. After medication for 2 months,the clinical therapeutic effects were observed in the two groups. The Hamilton＇s depression scale（ HAMD） was used to evaluate the clinical effects. Results The total effective rate was 83. 3% in the treatment group,significantly higher than63. 3% in the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the total HAMD scores were all reduced as compared with those before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The reducing degree in the treatment group was better than the control group,indicating the significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. SERS score in the treatment group was lower than the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The modified xiaoyao san achieves the definite effects on epilepsy combined with depression and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
