中药信息化的推动是发展中药的必经之路,我院在中药信息化建设发面也已经全面展开。为了更好地为患者提供中药服务,提高患者的用药安全,减少患者的等候时间。我院分别开发了窗口的处方审核系统,处方分发系统及用药交代系统。标准化的处方审核与个性化的用药交代相结合,在提高患者用药安全的同时可以给患者提供更有针对性的用药交代,而智能处方分发系统可以大大地减少患者的取药时间。通过三个程序的整合,在使药师的工作更加合理、便捷的同时,为患者提供更加优质的服务。

To promote the informatization of Chinese herbal medicine is of the necessity of TCM development. The informatization construction of Chinese herbal medicine had been overall conducted in our hospital. In order to better provide services to the patients,improves the safety of the use of Chinese herbal medicines and reduces the waiting time,the prescription approval system,the prescription distribution system and medication introduction system had been developed in the window service. The standardized prescription approval was integrated with the individual medication introduction,which improves the specific introduction of the safety of medication in the patients. The intelligent prescription delivery system greatly reduced the waiting time of patients. The integration of these three procedures provides the pharmacist more rational,quicker and more qualified services to the patients.
