掺合料复配和激发剂改性对水泥基材料性能的影响

摘要 为了提高石灰石粉等低活性矿物掺合料在水泥基材料中的利用率,研究了矿物掺合料复合和化学激发剂改性对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:石灰石粉、天然火山灰粉和钢渣粉等低活性矿物掺合料复掺时也可以具有一定的叠加效应,其强度贡献仍稍差于粉煤灰和矿粉复掺时对强度的贡献;但采用化学激发剂对石灰石粉与矿粉复配的复合微粉(石灰石粉与矿粉比例为39%:61%)存在一定激发的效果,可大幅降低水泥用量(复合微粉比例达51%),具有一定的早强效果,且不影响后期强度的发展。 In order to improve the utilization of low-active mineral admixtures such as limestone powder in cement-based materials,the effect of mineral admixture compounding and chemical activator modification on the performance of concrete was studied. The test results show that limestone powder,natural volcanic ash powder and steel slag powder and other low-active mineral admixtures can also have a certain additive effect when they are compounded,and their strength contribution is still slightly inferior to the strength of fly ash and mineral powder during re-doping. Contribution; but the use of chemical activator for the combination of limestone powder and mineral powder composite micro-powder( limestone powder and mineral powder ratio of 39% : 61%) there is a certain effect of excitation,can significantly reduce the amount of cement( composite powder ratio of 51%),has a certain early strong effect,and does not affect the development of late strength.
